Return Policy:
As a general guideline, please be sure to inspect your order immediately upon receipt of the shipment so that in the event of a problem, the situation can be resolved as soon as possible. If an item needs to be returned, contact us immediately by email at rma@portabledeals.com Once our Returns Dept. has been notified, we will then be able to provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#), which is required in order for us to be able to accept a return.
Unauthorized returns cannot be processed, so please remember to contact us for return authorization before returning any item to us. Portabledeals Inc. will refuse any unauthorized returns; they will be subsequently returned to the customer at the customer's expense.
- Defective products may be returned within 30 days from the original invoice date for a replacement. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
-The defective product must be in original factory carton with manual, accessories, cables and all original packing materials.
- RMA# must be written clearly on the outside of the shipping box,
- The returned items must be shipped to us within 14 days of receiving the RMA#
- If the product is found to be non-defective, an inspection fee of 15% per unit will be billed to your account.
