Procedure for returning product(s)
Before returning your product(s) for 30 day money back guarantee, repair, replacement, please ensure you contact our customer service department for a Return Merchandise Authorisation Number (RMA). Email: info@portabledeals.com
All products, whether it being 30 day money back guarantee, defective or replacement, must be in original factory carton with manual, accessories, cables and all original packing materials.
- RMA number must be written clearly on the outside of the shipping box,
- The returned items must be shipped to us within 14 days of receiving the RMA number.
- Warranty period on all products is 1 year from the date of purchase. However, warranty will be voided if the product(s) is abused,modified or has been deliberately damaged by the user. A repair fee will be charged in such cases.
- We strongly recommend that any product(s) that is returned to Portabledeals, is shipped with tracking number and insurance as we will not be responsible for any return package that is lost in transit.
